Emergency veterinary consent: If I cannot be contacted, I authorise Wight Woofs & Whiskers to contact a veterinary practice and seek emergency veterinary treatment where reasonably necessary to protect my dog(s)' health or welfare. I understand that I remain responsible for veterinary costs.
